Da Hong Pao "Big Red Robe" Rock Oolong Tea

If there were a moment in time when the idea of AusperiTea was born, it would have to have been the first time I tried this tea. The most robust of our oolongs, this tea treats you to many memorable infusions of roasted sweetness and an aftertaste that lingers, bringing fond memories of its taste with the odd wistfulness that it will soon fade away. One of China's famous teas and best-known oolongs, this tea is one of the few teas to have found its way into Chinese legend, a true sign of its stature there, and we certainly agree that it deserves its reputation!
